After running a successful business for 7 years I felt the time was right to move with the times and branch out with an online shop to do this. I chose to work with eInfinity after seeing what they could offer me. The website has been a major success and I am extremely pleased with the work carried out by eInfinity.  Possibly one of the best features provided was the site analytics which took me by surprise. When I first started seeing the reports coming in I remember thinking to myself “wow I didn’t realise so many people have visited my site” and that was only after the first two months of the site going live.. The best thing about the site analytics is that when I want to prepare a mail shot or a flyer for special offers I can monitor the traffic flow coming into the site allowing me to gauge effectiveness of the promotion. Overall I have been extremely pleased with the great help and support that has been offered to me by eInfinity. In fact the  online shop they have created for me draws in 90% of my total sales.

We have found working with eInfinity not only very helpful in the creation of our website but the aftercare and support they gave us is excellent. It really made a difference having qualified graphic designers working on the project so we had not only a website but a great looking custom designed website. We went for the content managed site and it is astounding how easy to use their system is, it only takes a few clicks to add new pages to our website and updating content is just like using a word processor. Even after the website was finished we still use eInfinity for all our design requirements such as our brochures and business cards.
